Shekinah is a development practitioner with a proven track record in designing and implementing participatory programs and advocacy strategies for local and international non-profit organizations to drive impact and brand visibility. With over 8 years of multi-sectoral experience, she has worked on various social justice issues and has managed youth-driven projects across African countries with different organizations in creating sustainable impact. As someone passionate about the principles and practices of organizational development, she works closely with organizations to enhance their effectiveness and performance through strategic interventions to improve structures, processes, and culture guiding them toward greater resilience, innovation, and success. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration focusing on Policy Advocacy from Ahmadu Bello University. She is a Legislative Fellow of the Policy and Legal Advocacy Centre at the National Assembly, a Local Pathways Fellow of the United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network, a Fellow of the Open Mind Young Voices of Friedrich Ebert Stiftung, and an Ambassador of the Institute for Economic Peace
